1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower butter
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
about 1/3 cup water
Mix it all up! Roll it into bite-sized treats! Refrigerate. Good for breakfast and snacks!
